The Rooms

Our small hotel offers a nice option to stay in Civita and to discover the surrounding area, to spend a pleasant holiday or weekend break wrapped in a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. Both rooms provide the tourists a solution where history and comfort are intertwined in an interior design that blends harmoniously tradition and modernity. The double rooms, with private bathroom, shower and heating are available all year for one night, offered at a daily price of € 120.00 per room including breakfast that will be served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am in the dining room on the ground floor of our building. The major national holidays, as well as the summer between the end of May and early September are considered high season and will determine a daily price of € 140.00 per room, we kindly invite you anyway to contact us by e-mail for more informations. For your comfort we will be made linen and towels every day.


Alma Civita Apartment

Alma Civita also offers its guests a different solution, a beautiful ancient apartment of about 45 square meters located in the immediate vicinity of our house with a double bedroom, bathroom, historic fireplace, living room with kitchenette, independent heating. The apartment is available for two guests (2 people) with a rate of € 200.00 per night. The reported price is meant for daily stay, max 2 people in b&b and excludes the consumption of firewood, consumption of meals at the restaurant and all other required services.
In order to provide the best hospitality, the rooms will be available between 15:30 pm and 19,30 pm on the arrival day and must be vacated no later than 10.30 am on departure day (in case of any delay, penalties will be applied under the contract of hotel Alma Civita Restaurant & Rooms).

IN ALL AREAS OF OUR INN PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
